Romfuns Terms & Conditions — Please read before you start

1 Introduction & Acknowledgement

Deposits at Romfuns can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum limits vary depending on your account level and chosen payment method.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any funds received from a third party will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Unusually large withdrawals may require additional verification.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the required wagering multiplier (e.g. 10x, 20x).
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Eligible Bets: Not all bets count toward bonus wagering. Specific odds or game conditions must be met.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. Cashback and loyalty points are exceptions to this rule.

Bonuses are for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as arbitrage or multi-accounting — will result in account closure.

6 Betting Rules & Regulations

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless Romfuns offers the option to do so.
• In live betting, odds may change due to server delays. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Romfuns:

• Any attempt to damage the platform through hacking, viruses, or other technical means.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Spreading false information in the name of Romfuns or against the brand.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Set limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Taking a Break: You have the option to temporarily suspend your account for a specified period.

9 Account Closure & Suspension
